Fabric Stiffener Resin Nylon Webbing Hardening and Shaping Paste

Suitable for stiffening treatment of cotton, chemical fibers, polyester, nylon, and their blended fabrics. Mainly used for stiffening and sizing finishing of various fabrics such as woven belts, curtains, silk flowers, bag fabrics, advertising cloth, and interlining. The treated fabric is crisp, elastic, effective, wash-resistant, and does not soften again.

2. The fabric stiffener has excellent adhesion to the fabric, good film-forming properties, and does not affect the color of the fabric.

Usage:

1. Dilute with appropriate warm water according to the required hardness of the textile, then immerse for gluing.

2. The finished fabric for gluing should be clean and dust-free.

3. Adjust the amount of water based on the desired hardness of the product; less water results in higher hardness.

4. After dilution, stir evenly; filter if necessary before sizing.

5. The amount of glue applied depends on the material and hardness requirements.

6. Prepare and use immediately to avoid deterioration due to contamination if left for too long.

7. Use clean, room-temperature water. Webbing glue: water = 1:1.
